| I was extremely please with the service/staff at this motel. After checking out and returning home to VA I discovered that I had left a Kindle electronic reader in my room. I called the front desk the next day and was informed that it was in the motel safe. I received it, undamaged, by Priority Mail within the next few days. I appreciate the staff's honesty and the professional manner that the return was handled. |

| The room safe was inoperable. Reported this to the desk clerk who said it would be taken care of. Several hours later I again checked at the desk only to find a new clerk who knew nothing of the problem. I secured the valuaables by taking them with me when I went out. It was the next day before a battery could be procured to remedy the problem.
Wy wife has an allergy to feather pillows so I asked for a non-feather pillow and was told that was not a problem and one would be sent to the room. Did net get the promised pillow. This stay was not in keeping with the good experiences we have had with Comfort Suites in other locations. |

| I was in town to visit family and this was close to where I needed to be. I would not say this hotel is spectacular but it was clean, friendly and comfortable. Like many hotels the breakfast was plain and boring but it was good far as taste and it was good enough to eat there and not go buy breakfast. I would stay here again and since typically I don't spend all day in a hotel anyhow this was priced good and suited my needs. |

| Too far off the Hwy for an overnight stay
Night desk person not very friendly or personable, not use to that in Tallahassee.
But, the day shift was very friendly & personable. |

| The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price you can't beat it. Breakfast included was good. Only issues were a broken coffee machine in the room and the room had a funny "smell" to it. |
