| My son and I stayed for one night after the spring semester was over at FSU. We found the hotel to be very convenient to campus and the mall, adequate parking, quiet, and enjoyed the comfortable beds after a day of closing out dorm rooms and needing to be prepared for a long drive back home the following morning. We did have breakfast in the restaurant which was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. |

| The breakfast is extremely expensive. The only you can get for free is coffee and toast. We went to Waffle House for breakfast. The walls are extremely thin. We slept very little due to the noise level in the room when people were in the hall. I'll be looking for another hotel next time I go. |

| We got a room with the breakfast included and when we got there we were told that they weren't gonna honor it. The price of a breakfast was $11 and it wasnt even worth it. There is no sign of the prices and the lady just put a bill in front of us. The cleanliness was good, and the staff was decent. |

| The lobby "restaurant" buffet looks like the same style you see where breakfast is included. It wasn't until I got a plate and sat down that I saw the "menu" and the $9.95 price.
For that price, it wasn't any better than what I am accustomed to as included breakfast. Too bad, I will have to go elsewhere for breakfast next time. |

| Only recommendation I'd make is when checking in make sure your room is near a entrance door. Ours was not, and the one door that was the closest wasn't working with the pass key, so there was alot of unnecessary walking. Also, couldn't find breakfast! Otherwise, it was great. |
