| It is an older Courtyard that is showing some wear and tear in the rooms. The lobby was recently redone to reflect the new Courtyard theme. It'll do for a quick business overnight, but not much more than that. |

| Very clean, convenient, and friendly. Gym is limited. Nice area to eat and have a cocktail. Highly recommend it. |

| I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott - Tallahassee Capital. The staff are fantastic and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself seems a little older, but it was plenty comfortable and very clean. I'm sure I'll be staying there again when I return to Tally. |

| I stayed 5 days at this hotel for a business, the outside of the hotel looks nice, and modern design, but the bed was not comfortable at all. I usually like firm mattress, and my mattress was firm and not comfortable. |

| I have stayed many times at this hotel over the last several years. Even though they have rennovated their lobby, the basic services of free continental breakfast, access to the lobby from the back building and overall friendliness of the staff all seem to be lacking during this last trip. So sad because the location to the capitol and schools is very good. The stay was not worth what was paid. |

| My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the patio. It's not often you get to enjoy fresh air while in your hotel room. |

| The hotel was clean and the staff very pleasant. Room was clean, and well maintained.
Only 2 things that I would like to see different. Only 1 computer in the lobby with always customers seemingly waiting to use.
Also no complimentary breakfast like most places, except coffee.
$10.95 for breakfast was a little steep for the offering, as plenty of surronding restaurants with better values. |

| If you need a hotel at a decent rate, this is the place. No frills and it's close to the capital and FSU. Had to pay for breakfast and there was really no other food offered throughout the day. |

| My only issue was the air conditioner in the room (219). It was extremely loud. My family did not get much sleep during our stay. But overall it was okay |
