| You could stay somewhere else if you're looking for quality. I had an early meeting at FSU and you can't beat the closeness to campus. No frills, except for a small continental breakfast. Bagels make me happy. |

| It was very convenient to FSU and had a room safe, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Facility is showing it's age, however. |

| We were not satisfied with our hotel stay. When we got to the room, there were no towels or soap. Only one light in the room worked. When we would request towels (4), they would only bring us 3; everytime we requested towels. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly since the last guest stayed there; and we found old milk in the mini-fridge. We just were not satisfied with our overall experience. |

| I've stayed in better Days Inn. The room was clean, it was good for just a quick overnight stay. Not good for long term. The Daybreak breakfast, well there was just coffe and bagels, no where to sit. |

| When we 1st went into the room it smelled, once the air was turned on it was fine. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
On the 1st floor, the sliding glass door was VERY hard to open. It kept coming off the track. Bed was very comfortable, only stayed one night. Couldn't use the pool because of thunder storm. Very convient to FSU & TCC. |

| Yes it is a perfect location for visiting the college and great price, but it just not worth it. Not clean and worn down. My wife did not feel safe being there and we left after 1 night |

| This hotel is clean and has a wonderful pool in the back. It is near the university and has access to several fast food restaurants. It is also close to downtown. The staff was not very helpful or hospitable. Day to day maintenance of the room was not very good... towels, etc. were not restocked and it was difficult to get the staff to respond to requests for these necessary items. |

| Hotel was run down. Location not easy to access. Room needed to be refurnished. Bathroom fixtures were worn and stained. This place would do in a pinch for a night or two, but definately not up to expectations. |
