| The only thing I could see wrong about this hotel is it's visibility We had a hard time trying to locate the actual hotel. There are no signs on the main highway indicating it's location. We had visitors that even live in the area and they couldn't see it, we had to give them "landmarks" to find it. Other than some visible indicators, the hotel was great. |

| Everything was very acceptable other then the beds they were very firm and uncomfortable. Four of us stayed there and we all had the same conclusion about the beds. |

| My husband and I stayed here while passing through Tallahassee, en route to Kissimmee. The staff was courteous and very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel. |

| It was probably an isolated event considering the overall quality of the hotel enviroment; housekeeping did not clean on the second day of my stay. The overall stay was excellent and I intend to go back. |

| Very Clean hotel as you can expect from Sheraton. however, we didn't get a room what we were expecting - 2 Qbeds. The manager knew that they were short.
When we asked for compensation, manager was apologetic but only willing to award 500 points towards our SPG membership. They could have done more but didn't do it.
Breakfast was average for 7.99. The person attending breakfast room needs to take training on customer service.. very grim and not happy to be in this job. Most of the other hotels include this basic breakfast for free and charging $8/head adds up to your romm charge.
Given a choice, i will look for other alternatives in this areas.. there seem to be plenty of hotels in this area. |
