| This is not going to be the cheapest hotel but it is definitely the best value if you are spending time in Tallahassee and want to have safe, comfortable accommodations downtown. Lovely boutique hotel located right next to the capital buildings and short walk to FSU. Quiet, clean rooms with a super comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and pleasa nt. |

| We loved the Inn, the decor and staff were both very nice. When it was time for bed and the tv went off we realized how loud the ac was when it went on and off. It idid not cool the room very well. We would stay again although we would make sure that the ac worked first. |

| The problem that I had was the noise coming from other guests. I was kept awake by noisy and rowdy hotel guests and it was quite disconcerting. |

| Friendly staff. Very convenient location for all government related trips. Very nice, but not luxurious. Reasonably priced and worth the money. |

| The rooms were clean and well furnished. Service was very good and continental breakfast provided. Only negatives are that the beds are very high off the floor, making it difficult for shorter people to get into bed. Also, 3 floors but no elevator. |
