I reserved a king bed in advance. The hotel assigned me a room for people with disabilities so the bathroom had a walk in shower when I wanted a full bathroom. They said they had none available from overbooking. Couldn't they have told me that at check in? I ended up with a queen bed and a smaller room with no price break just to get a full bath. I didn't think that asking for a full bath was asking for too much. A too big whole in the plaster around the fire knozzle weirded me out...had to look hard at that...but there were no more rooms. Overall it was good...maybe it was just me being too picky.
