| We had weeks in advance requested a King size bed -Non Smoking. At arrival none were availble as non smoking. At the price paid and the early reservations this comittment was not meet. A smoking room would not work so a double queen was offered at the same price. Somehow this just didn't seem to take care of the customer. Double queen verses King at the same price was the only option offered. |

| One of the main things I look for in a hotel is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel and room. The hotel and room was clean but the comfort of our room was terrible. My wife and I enjoy a cool comfortable room. Evidently the Hilton Garden Inn chooses to control your room temperture for you. When we entered the room we set the thermostat to 68 degrees because it was warm in the room. We went to bed and the air went off and didn't come back on. When I checked it I relized that each time it went off it would reset to 72 degrees. So in order to keep the room cooler for a longer period of time I set the thermostat to 66 degrees. The air came on and we went to sleep. We woke up later to find that the heater had now come on and the worst part about it was that we could not turn the heater off. By this time it was 5:00 AM so we chose to check out and leave. We will not stay at this hotel again. |

| Fantastic hotel in a very nice area.
We enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was not complimentary as it states in the ads. It wa still a good deal! We would definitely stay there again. |

| I was greeted with a very friendly smile while i was walking up to the counter. Check in was quick too. What I enjoyed the most was the nice warm breakfast. I'm a breakfast eater, so that was just perfect for me. |

| I've used Hilton Garden Inn's in the past. This one was suitably located for my Tallahassee needs, the staff was very accomodating, the room was clean and comfortable. It's not a five start hotel, but when you don't need that, Hilton Garden Inn's are generally a good value and this one met or exceeded my expectations. |
