| I will start by saying the appearance of the hotel was nice. Inside and outside looked pleasant. The staff was above average but sounded scripted.
Once in the room is where the disappointment started. No pillows on the bed, had to ask for them. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and couldn't be closed. Bed was lumpy. |

| Hyggelig betjening, rene rom, vi kom sent
søndag og trengte litt assistanse for kjøp av noen elektriske deler, full service og engasjement fra
de hotellansatte. Ellers bare et par minutter fra
IS 10 - i Tallahassee - vi vil anbefale hotellet til våre
venner - ligger forøvrig stille og rolig i en liten grønn
lunge. NB! selv om vi kjøper rom med frokost incl.,
synes det for oss veldig uvanlig i USA, betjeningen
på hotellenne er vant til å lage en regning slik at
det blir noen $ i drings, "kultur".

| This hotel service was awesome. Workers were very pleasant and courtesy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A nice place away from home. Hats off the staff @ this location. |

| Tallahassee hotel prices are above average, and service is below average. This hotel is in-line with Tallahassee's standards in the hospitality industry.
The room was comfortable and conveniently located to I-10. |

| I haven't stayed at a HI in a long time. I was extremly impressed by the interior of the hotel. We needed to check in a little earlier than the normal check-in time and they eagerly accomondated us. Rooms were very clean...only complaint is the shower head in the shower wasn't as powerful as I would have liked it. Overall it was an excellent stay from start to finish! |

| AC unit locked up when I tried to run it at coldest temp, but quickly began to work again after I raised temp just a bit, still kept the room so cold my kids complained! Very clean. No continental breakfast, just an option for an $8 breakfast buffet, I figured at this price point a continental breakfast should be offered. Great beds, clean rooms, no surprises. |

| This is an above average hotel for the price, we did not use all the facilities but it looked very good. at the end of that day i would use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean well run Hotel in a great location. |

| We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to new orleans, we were pleasantly surprise with the quality and standard of the hotel and its staff,. We found Talahassee a very pleasant place to visit and would recommend this hotel to others |

| This Hotel was very nice. Especially after spending the week in Disney. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay again next time we are in the area. |
