| The hotel staff was very pleasant and polite. The room was comfortable and as clean as an old hotel can be. The bathroom walls, celiling and floor were in sad conditon. The carpeting could probably be replaced. The outward appearance of the hotel will affect it since newer hotels are going up.
If I was management, I would renovate the entire building in order to maintain a presence in the business community. I did not use the use the pool, so am not able to addresss the condition of it.
I checked recommending this hotel because of its staff, since there is little they can do about renovations until approval by those in charge.
As stated before, the courtesy of the staff and the cleanleness (overall) of the room, went a long way in my rating of this room. |

| I booked this room for a FLW tournament on Lake Seminole. I would recommend this hotel: however, the carpet was filthy stained in my room, and the hotel staff had to show me the "secret" method to open the door as the handle was broken on room 200. Otherwise a good value. As a note I spoke with fellow competitors who had to check out of the hotel across the street as the bed bugs were feasting on them. |

| My hotel room was very clean. The room service were very courteous and helpful. No problems with the normal nuisances; smelly rooms, lack of towels, etc. They were pet-friendly; which i loved. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend. |

| What a great, friendly hotel. This was a very clean and convenient hotel to the Bill Reynolds Tennis Center. For the price, perfect! We would definitely stay here again. |

| The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly. Our room was very clean, but the hotel had no cots or even extra blankets available (we had a small child who needed a cot). The air conditioner was cold, but turned on and off all night, instead of having an option of a constant fan running... which woke us up over and over. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Very clean, comfortable, decent breakfast, helpful staff, and a great swimming pool out back. |

| Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend that they consider adding some fresh fruit to their breakfast offerings. |

| The rooms and linens were clean and tidy and staff was most pleasant. Breakfast bar did leave something to be desired. Overall not a bad experience in this small town. |

| The people were friendly, the hotel was kept very clean, the rooms were a bit smaller than we hoped with 3 kids, but comfortable. We didn't get a chance to try the pool, but it looked like a nice little spot. Wireless internet wasn't working and the breakfast area was really crowded/too small of a room, but clean. Given the choices in the area, we would stay here again. |
