Recent Jameson Inn Thomasville Review: "What is wrong with all the whinersr this hotel won a national award for best hotel. the rooms have granite bathroom counters and brushed nickel designer faucets, walnut grain TV cabinet, desk, chair and bed frames. comforters are washed after every visiter (few hotels do this). Carpet is very good condition and they are still replacing it soon. *Very Good* lighting in rooms. No smoke odor at all. Shower and bath are spotless and Clean with curved curtain rod that is the biggest i have seen, incl 5 star hotels. I strongly recommend this hotel, especially considering one large competitor (not allowed to say name) is much more. I paid a very fair price, less than you will ever pay for a hotel of this quality (not allowed to say amt!). The manager, David, was attentive to the smallest of small needs are requests. Breakfast buffet is very nice incl. waffle iron and more. large shopping center across the street, several restaurant very close. dont believe mer call the hotel yourself and ask! No coffee maker so i bought one at nearby Fred's for $10, the price of an avg lunch. did not get room with frig/microwave so cant comment."
