| Normal check-in for our room @ this Ramada or any other hotel is 3 p.m.
However all the guest, including us were informed that we could not check-in and go to our rooms until almost 7 p.m.
This was due to a visiting football team was staying there and their coach would not let them leave their rooms until 5:30 p.m.
And then these rooms had to be cleaned, before we could have them.
We, like all other guests checking in that day paid for a full 3 .p.m. un til 11 a.m. period of guest privaledges, but it's seems so one else's privaledges mattered more
There is no excuse for this, and no one that day was reimbursed for their inconvenience.. |

| I decided to stay at this hotel last minute. When I looked at the pictures of the hotel, I decided that it was a nice hotel to stay at and I made my reservations. Upon arrival and check in, I was told that some of the rooms weren't cleaned, but I was getting the type of room that I requested. However, I was placed in a outside entrance room that smelled really bad and was in a section of rooms that patrons with pets were required to stay at. Went to get something to eat, came back, room key didn't work. After several trips to the front desk, I requested to be placed in the same type of room, but in doors, which was arranged. When I returned to gather my belongings, ran into maintenace, who was able to access my room by unscrewing a panel and climbing into the room. At the point, I felt very unsafe to remain in an outside entrance and was glad that I was moved to an inside room. My point, the rooms with outside entrance do not seem safe, the rooms inside was very comfortable, even the shampoo, condition, soap and lotion was upscale. I would stay at this hotel again, but only if I was able to get an inside room. The front desk was friendly, but the back of the hotel need improvements. |

| For the price and a last minute booking everything was fine. We were just disappointed that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast and shut down before the 10:30 am closing time as was posted so we had to go offsite to a restaurant. |

| The Ramada was an inexpensive hotel. It was a decent place to sleep one night. It was in walking distance to the Cracker Barrel. We chose not to eat at the breakfast buffet; it was overpriced and we didn't want to eat food that had been sitting out for a while. |

| Rooms not ready as promised. Because of scheduling commitment, did not get to check in until 11:30 PM. Room had several lights not working. Not enough linen despite known checkin requests. |

| We love this hotel's proximity to several restaurants. The front desk staff was very polite and efficient. We love to walk across the street to Julie's-a great hangout after the game. The rooms (fixtures, etc.) are very outdated and they could definitely use a sprucing up. |

| Tghe lobby was nice, and the shower head was great. Rooms werent very nice, buffet was just ok, I wouldnt stay there again. Staff was friendly. |

| We really enjoyed ourr stay. The room was very nice and big (king non-smioking) The shower was not that great. The showerhead was super low. Also the "breakfast buffett" was not anywhere near a buffett. Had eggs, biscuits, and then the usual continental breakfast. All in all it was a good hotel though. I would stay there again. |
