Recent Residence Inn Marriott Review: "Very nice location and comfortable rooms. We had a two bedroom and it was good for we have 2 children. Also the kitchen was a nice perquisite to stay in and snack or have a light lunch or dinner. The exercise room was clean and hours of operation were great. Good value if you seek a suite to relax in."

| The stay was fabulous!!! We were only there a night, but all experiences were above expectations. The front desk receptionist was quick in getting us checked in, and everything was very clean and beautiful. We were very pleased with the breakfast too, which is usually not that great at hotels. We will definately stay again!! |

| This hotel was in a great location - right next to FSU. The studio suite was a perfect size. The only issue I had was that the dishes in my room didn't seem very clean, but that wasn't a major crisis since they provide dish towels, etc. Overall this hotel was a great choice. |

| We have always been satisfied with every aspect of this hotel. Great location, only a few blocks from FSU. Great front desk people. Nice lobby & pool area. Good breakfast. The only issue: if you like soft beds, the ones here tend to be on the hard side. |

| Location, service were all great. The bed was not very comfortable and both my husband and I woke up with backaches. Also television was 4X3 format and not many channels. |

| Very comfortable & convenient, but I was disappointed in having to remind the front desk to leave kleenex & toilet paper.
Also did not appreciate having the carpets shampooed when I was in the room. My daughter agreed to allow this service, not realizing we would still have very damp carpeting 10 hours later. This type of maintenance should be performed when rooms are unoccupied. |

| I was pleased with the hotel. My only complaint would be the noise from the street and trains that went by at all times day and night. But the convience to my sons college FSU it was well worth it. |

| The Rooms is updated, clean and nicely laid out. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The price is slightly high considering the lack of amenities, and the bed was more than firm, but in total - I was satisfied with the package. |
